Adding an SPF Record
SPF Records
An **SPF Record** is a record within your Domain that will ensure that any recipients know that the message actually originated from your domain. If your server doesn't have an SPF record associated with it, it's very likely your messages will go right to Spam.
Since QuickMail sends messages from the domain that's associated with the Inbox(es) connected to account, no QuickMail-specific settings need to be added.
How to tell if there's no SPF record associated with a Domain
Some domains automatically configure SPF records, with no action needed.
If the Pro plan is being used, you can check to see if an SPF record is set by checking the Delivery Report in the Inbox's Settings:

If the Basic plan is being used, or if Deliverability Testing is turned off, testing can also be done with Spamtester.
How to add an SPF Record to your domain
G Suite
If you're a G Suite user, with a domain host separate from Google, here's a link to their help page on configuring an SPF record:

The short version is that from your domain's control panel, you'll need to add a TXT record of the following: ` v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all`
Outlook/Office 365
If you're an Outlook/Office 365 user, with a domain host separate from Microsoft, here's their help page:

The short version is that from your domain's control panel, you'll need to add a TXT record. The most common Outlook/Office 365 SPF record is `v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all`, but check their help page for full details.
Custom Inboxes
If you're neither a G Suite or Outlook/Office 365 user, check with your email administrator or with the help documents provided from the domain host. They should be able to assist, and you can go from there!
