Adding Campaign Wait Steps

Email steps can be automatically spaced out using wait steps. 

Wait steps are commonly added between email steps with a specified time delay.

How to add wait steps: 

Wait steps allow you to define how long before another step in the campaign gets executed. 

On the campaign Steps screen, click "Add Step" then select the "Wait" option:

Ticking the box for "Use Campaign Time Table /Business Days" will use the active Time Table for the Campaign as Business time for the wait steps.

For example, if the Time Table is set to send only on Tuesdays, only Tuesdays will be counted as days.

If this is ticked and no Time Table is set for this campaign, Saturday and Sunday will be considered as days off when calculating this wait step.
