Setting Do Not Contact by Domain
When do I need to use it?
The DnC domains ( Do not Contact Domains) feature makes it possible for users to prevent emailing email addresses that are using specific domains.
Example: To prevent accidentally sending emails to anyone using an @yahoo.com email address, just add yahoo.com to the DnC domains list.
If the email address of a prospect contains a domain listed under DnC domains, the prospect will not be able to start any campaign in the account and any running journey will also get cancelled.
How to add domains to the DnC domains list
Go to Prospects -> DnC domains -> click "Add Domains".
Multiple DnC domains can be added at the same time by entering 1 domain per line:
Note: Do not use 'www.', 'http://' or 'https://' in front of the domain to be added.
