Accessing invoices in Team accounts

To access the invoices on a team account, simply go to the Billing/Plan page and scroll down to the invoices.

Then, look for the invoice that you need and click the download icon beside it.

Accessing invoices in Agency accounts

To be able to access invoices in an agency account, simply go to the agency settings by clicking the agency banner.

Then, go to the Billing tab and scroll down to the list of invoices and click the download icon of the invoice that you need.

  • Why is the billing/plan page not loading?

There are 2 different ways to create a logon in QuickMail.

One is by adding the email address as a team member or admin of the account and the other one is by adding the email account as an inbox in the account.

If you're accessing the account through an inbox logon, the invoices will not show and it will lead to the error Request Failed.

To be able to access the invoices, simply request the admin of the account to add your email address as a team member of the account.

Additionally, sometimes, you have multiple email addresses that you're using to access the account and some of them might not be added as a team member of the account.

To have full access to the account using any of your logons, simply log in to QuickMail with the email address you used to create the account.

Then, generate the invite link and open and accept it using your other email address in an incognito window.

Note: Inbox logons have limited access to the account so they cannot access the team page, update the billing info, and buy email verification credits, among others.

  • Can my monthly invoices be sent to my email?

There's no option yet to send monthly invoices to email addresses so to be able to access the invoice, it must be downloaded manually from the account.
