Downloading replies from QuickMail (EML file)

Downloading replies from QuickMail is only available to accounts that are using Opportunities

It's not yet possible to download replies in bulk, so it must be done for each reply.

Note: If your account is still using To-Dos, you may reach us at support@quickmail.io to convert to Opportunities. Doing so will remove all To-dos in the account.

How to download replies from QuickMail?

To download a reply, go to Opportunities → Open an Opportunity → Click the ellipsis button → download
