Reviewing Campaigns on the Agency Dashboard
See all your campaigns in one place
The campaigns page compiles all the campaigns that you have in all the active accounts you're managing in your agency.
This gives you a quick overview of how your campaigns are doing and saves you time because there won't be a need to go through each account.

How to review campaigns?
To review all your campaigns, just go to your agency dashboard and click campaigns.
(You can go to your agency dashboard by clicking the Agency flag)
By default, the page will show all your live campaigns in all active accounts.
However, if you want to review everything including the paused/completed campaigns, simply uncheck the checkbox "view live."
Which specific data are available?
The page contains the following stats and numbers:
- Account Name
- Campaign Name
- Prospects Available: refers to how many prospects are still on the buckets assigned to campaigns
- Active Journeys: refers to the total number of prospects that are still running the campaign and haven't replied, unsubscribed, bounced, been completed, or canceled
- Journeys completed: refers to the total number of prospects that have replied, unsubscribed, bounced, been completed, canceled, or ran into an error
- Recent emails sent
- Open rate: calculated based on the number of journeys in the campaign and how many prospects have first opens
- Click rate: calculated based on the number of journeys in the campaign and how many of them have first clicks: high to low & low to high
- Reply rate: calculated based on the number of journeys in the campaign and how many of them have first replies: high to low & low to high
- Bounce rate: calculated based on the number of journeys in the campaign and how many of them have bounced: high to low & low to high
- Unsubscribe rate: calculated based on the number of journeys in the campaign and how many of them have unsubscribed: high to low & low to high
- Active opportunities: refers to the number of replies on the accounts that haven't been addressed or are manually marked as active: high to low & low to high
- Pending opportunities: refers to the number of replies on the accounts that have been addressed or are manually marked as pending: high to low & low to high
How to sort the campaign view?
By default, campaigns are sorted based on their creation date, from recent to old, but you can also sort them based on the following:
- Creation date: from recent to old
- Account names: A-Z & Z-A
- Campaign names: A-Z & Z-A
- Prospects available: high to low & low to high
- Active journeys: high to low & low to high
- Journeys completed: high to low & low to high
- Recent emails sent: high to low & low to high
- Open rates: high to low & low to high
- Click rates: high to low & low to high
- Reply rates: high to low & low to high
- Bounce rates: high to low & low to high
- Unsubscribe rates: high to low & low to high
- Active opportunities: high to low & low to high
- Pending opportunities: high to low & low to high
