FAQ: How to set up DNS records for deliverability and what record to use?

To maximize deliverability, it's important to set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records.

To make sure that the domain can receive emails without issues, it's also required to set up MX records.

These records are DNS records so to set them up, please go to your domain host (where you bought the domain).

As for the records to use, in QuickMail, we send emails directly from your inbox so the DNS records to use for SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX should come from your email service provider.

(There are no specific SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX records that you need to add to your domain to be able to use QuickMail.)

If you're having difficulties setting up the DNS records, please contact your domain host.

If your inbox is not with Outlook or Google Workspace, please contact your email service provider.
