Deleting Leads

Why delete leads?

Sometimes, leads need to be deleted because they’re no longer needed in the account. They can also be deleted to give space for adding new leads.

What happens when a lead gets deleted?

If a lead is deleted, QuickMail will remove all the data of the lead from the account. This is an irrevocable process.

This means that the leads will be removed from any campaign and will also remove any conversations, or tasks, related to the Leads in the Inbox section in QuickMail.

If the lead has been verified, it will remove its email verification status from QuickMail

How to delete leads? 

There are two ways to delete leads. They can either be deleted temporarily or permanently.

To delete leads, go to List → Select a lead → Click on the three dots → Delete

After clicking delete, there's a button that allows you to delete leads permanently.

When a lead gets deleted permanently, they can't be imported back to the account.
