Logging Sent Emails in HubSpot
In this article:
Why log sent emails in HubSpot?
Logging sent emails in HubSpot helps users keep track of all emails sent to a lead in their CRM.
Although we have a HubSpot integration, our integration doesn't support logging emails.
How to log sent emails in HubSpot?
To log sent emails in HubSpot, you need to use BCC.
BCC emails (blind carbon copy) allow users to send copies of all outgoing emails from an inbox or the entire account to another address.
For it to work when logging sent emails, you need to get the BCC address in HubSpot and add that address to your QuickMail account.
How to get BCC address in HubSpot?
Please follow this guide on how to get the BCC address in HubSpot.
When setting it up, make sure that the inbox sending the emails in QuickMail must be:
- A user in HubSpot your account.
- One of your connected personal emails.

Make sure that the prospects' email addresses are also not on your "never-log list."
Otherwise, the sent emails won't be logged in contacts.
How to add BCC address in QuickMail?
Go to Settings → channels → click the email account → under sending settings, fill out the "BCC Email" field.
Warning: Please avoid BCC-ing an email address added to QuickMail. This might lead to sent emails getting detected as replies.
