NEW ✨ Rewording with AI

Rewording with AI allows you to make every message unique with zero efforts. This helps reduce the chances of being flagged as spam because of sending identical copies. AI uses advanced language techniques to create varied content while keeping your message clear.

How does it work?

Rewording with AI utilizes OpenAI’s API to generate varied content based on the original text you provided in an email step. It automatically rephrases the emails sent, while keeping the original copy in the email steps unchanged.

How to use it?

Step 1. Go to your Open.AI's billing page and ensure you have a credit balance to use the API.

Note: You may refer to this link to see the cost per API call

Step 2. Get the API key from OpenAI. To do this, go to Dashboard → API keys → Create and copy the new API key.

Step 3. Go to your QuickMail workspace → Settings → Integrations → AI Integration → Paste the API key.

Tip: For agencies, OpenAI API key can be set at the organization level in the Agency Dashboard Settings

Step 4. Go to the email step in the campaign that you'd like to reword and enable 'Reword with AI'.

Step 5. Start the campaign to send emails. Sent emails will be automatically reworded by AI, while the text in the email step remains unchanged.

Tip: You can check the Outbox page to see what the sent emails look like.
