Setting Up New Mailboxes via Zapmail

Zapmail simplifies your cold email outreach by allowing you to easily buy and set up mailboxes. When integrated with QuickMail, it enables hassle-free bulk-exporting of mailboxes, saving you tons of time adding inboxes.

How to setup new mailboxes in Zapmail?

Step 1.

Go to Zapmail.ai and log in or sign up for an account. You’ll need to pay for a subscription before you can complete the sign-up process.

Step 2.

Once an account is created, select whether you'd like to buy new domains or connect existing domains if you have any.

Option 1: Buy New Domains

If you don't have an existing domain, you'll need to buy a new domain to setup a new inbox.

Search for your preferred domain → Add to cart → Next Step

After choosing a domain, add your contact info → Next Step → Confirm purchase

After purchasing a domain, add your new Mailbox details → Generate Mailboxes

Option 2: Connect Existing Domains

On the otherhand, if you have an existing domain, you can connect it by replacing the Nameserver in the DNS settings. To do that, search for your domain → Connect Domain → Copy Value 1 and Value 2

After that, go to your domain's DNS settings and change the Nameservers to Values 1 and 2 that you copied from ZapMail, make sure to save changes. In this example, I'm changing the Nameservers of my domain from GoDaddy.

It may take up to 48 hours for the changes in the DNS settings to propagate. You can click on the 'Verify' button from time to time to see if the change has already reflected.

Once the domain is verified, add your contact info and configure new mailboxes.

Important: New mailboxes may take upto 2 hours to become active. You need to wait for the mailboxes to become active before you can export them to QuickMail.
