Deliverability Index

The deliverability index of an inbox is determined by the volume of emails sent in the past 10 days and the number of opens recorded for those emails. This index is also used to determine when inboxes will be swapped when using Deliverability AI

Why don't some inboxes have a deliverability index?

The deliverability index may not be available for inboxes with low email volume, as there isn’t enough data to calculate it accurately. It will also not appear if the inbox has been sending emails for less than 10 days. Once the inbox has sent emails for more than 10 days, the deliverability index should become available.

What is the suggested deliverability index threshold?

The common threshold for the deliverability index is 40%, but this might be too high for some users since it's based on the open rate. Ultimately, the ideal threshold will depend on your specific needs and goals.
