Changing Inbox Owners

Inbox owners are the ones to receive email notifications related to the inbox and the ones who will be assigned by default to opportunities.

That being said, changing the inbox owner in is necessary to ensure seamless and uninterrupted email management, as it allows for proper delegation of responsibilities, access control, and efficient communication flow within the organization.

How to change the owner of the inbox?

By default, the user who added the inbox to QuickMail will be the owner of the inbox.

To change the inbox owner, go to Settings > Inboxes > Select Inbox > Inbox owner

Note: Users can only change the inbox owner if the inbox is Shared or if they own the inbox.
