FAQ: Can I restore deleted campaigns or leads?

Unfortunately, no. Once a campaign or lead has been deleted, it cannot be restored.

Deleted data is permanently removed from our system and cannot be recovered by users or by the QuickMail Support team. This is by design to protect customer privacy and ensure compliance with our data handling and retention policies.

For this reason, it's best to double-check the confirmation prompt before deleting a campaign or lead, as this action is irreversible.
