What happens if a journey is marked out-of-office?

If a journey is marked out-of-office, 14 more days will be added to the Wait Step.

For example, if a journey is marked as out-of-office, and the next Wait Step is 3 days, QuickMail will send the next email 17 days after the last email was sent.

How to resume journeys marked out-of-office?

Journeys marked as out-of-office can be resumed immediately or on a specific date and time.

To resume out-of-office journeys, you can start by heading to the campaign steps. Next, filter journeys by out-of-office -> select the journey you want to resume -> Action -> Resume

1. Resuming out-of-office journeys immediately

Whenever you resume a journey, a Confirm Resume Journeys box will pop up.

To resume out-of-office journeys immediately, select Resume Immediately and click Resume.

2. Resuming out-of-office journeys on a specific day and time.

You can also resume an out-of-office journeys on a specific day and time. This can be helpful, especially, when the prospect is coming back to office on a later or sooner date than the extended Wait Step.

To resume out-of-office journeys on a specific day and time, select Pick another time on the Confirm resuming journeys window.

Upon choosing Pick another time, you can set a specific date and time using the date picker. After setting a specific date and time, click Resume.

Note: On rare occasions, an out-of-office reply is detected as a reply.

In such instances, contact us and give us a copy of the out-of-office reply.

If an out-of-office reply is detected as a reply, you can also resume the journey immediately or on a specific date and time.

How can I change the default number of days that
