Adding an Email Preview Line

Adding an email preview allows users to replace the text next to the subject line. Instead of the start of the email content, a customized text will show as a preview to make emails more enticing.

To add an Email Preview, create an Email Step → Add text under 'Preview'

Here's what the email looks like with and without preview: 

Note:  This feature may not work for email recipients that are using Outlook 2016 or older.
