How to Change My Email for Logging In?

To change your login email, log in to QuickMail using your current email, then follow these steps:

Go to Team → + Member → Generate Invite Link → copy the invite link.

Open the invite link in an incognito window and accept the invite using your new email address.

If you're using the same email address and wants to change that to another provider, Only QuickMail support can change your login provider.

Please contact our support team by clicking the AI chatbot in the lower-right corner of your QuickMail account, then selecting "Escalate to a Human".

Once you reach out, they will send you a 2FA code. Provide that code to them for security verification purposes.
