Maximizing Email Deliverability in QuickMail

QuickMail is a cold email platform designed with a strong focus on email deliverability. Our features are specifically designed to help users optimize their outreach and improve their success rates.

Here are some features our users can utilize to enhance email deliverability:

Throttle emails

High email volume can harm email deliverability, so experts recommend keeping it to around 100 emails per day. In addition, increasing the time delay between sends also helps your activity appear less spammy, improving your chances of reaching the inbox. By default, QuickMail has a time delay of 60-120 seconds between sending emails.

To increase the delay and setup a daily email limit, see Throttling Emails to Avoid Getting Flagged

Inbox Rotation

If you need to send more emails without compromising deliverability, consider adding multiple email accounts. In QuickMail, you can easily rotate different inboxes within the same campaign.

Here's how it works Using Multiple Emails to Scale Campaigns (Inbox Rotation)

Reduce Bounces

Verifying leads in QuickMail is essential to minimize bounce rates and protect your sender reputation. Leads must be verified before sending emails to prevent bounces that could damage that reputation.

QuickMail provides in-app lead verification using email verification credits. We also support external email verification providers if you have an existing setup.

Warm up your Inbox

Warming up new email accounts is crucial for building reputation and improving deliverability. While there’s no strict timeline, we recommend a warm-up period of at least two weeks.

Auto-warmer is back in QuickMail, but it's only currently available to inboxes purchased from us.

Here's how it works: QuickMail Autowarmer

In the meantime, users can also warm up for free at Mailflow.io. To get started, sign up for an account at Mailflow.io and follow this guide: How does the auto-warmer work?

If you have a paid subscription with QuickMail, reach out to us to increase your daily auto-warmer limits.

Set up Custom domain tracking

Custom domain tracking allows you to use your own brand to track what prospects do.

When leads see links with your domain's branding, the email will appear more trustworthy, and they are likely to click the links.

Create Smart Sending Groups with Deliverability AI

Deliverability AI automatically replaces email accounts with low deliverability scores in a campaign with those that have higher scores, ensuring your campaigns are more successful and saving you time on analyzing stats for each account.

With Smart Sending Groups, you can efficiently manage and optimize your email accounts based on performance. This feature conducts daily checks of your email accounts to maintain high deliverability, helping you reach your audience more effectively.

Monitor your Domain's Health

Configuring email authentication can be challenging. QuickMail provides SPF and DKIM monitoring to keep your setup running smoothly, along with daily monitoring of 96 blacklists.

You'll receive instant notifications if any of your sending domains are blacklisted, and you'll be alerted again when they are cleared. You can also check the status of your domains anytime on the Domain Health page.

Use Text Variation (Spintax)

Text variations can be incorporated into emails to diversify the messages being sent. This approach helps prevent campaign fatigue, reducing the risk of spam filters flagging the account for sending repetitive content.

Here's a guide on how to use Text Variations

Create Multiple Email Variations

Creating multiple email variations lets you try out different email copies to see which one performs best. You can measure success by looking at opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and especially replies for each variation.

Additionally, this approach makes it more challenging for spam filters to block you for sending similar messages.

To create email variations, see Email Variations for A/Z Testing

Liquid Syntax

Liquid syntax boosts email personalization by allowing users to dynamically inserting customer details like names or preferences, making messages more relevant. It also allows for tailored content based on recipient information, increasing engagement. With more personalization in emails, it reduces the risk of emails being flagged as spam, improving deliverability.

Here's more info about using Liquid Syntax

Reword Email Copies with AI

Reword with AI automatically rephrases email copies while keeping the original content intact. This enhances deliverability by minimizing the repetition of identical messages.

Enable Visible Image Tracking

Gmail is now flagging emails with images, including tiny pixels used for open tracking in cold outreach.

Recipients see a banner that says, “Images in this message are hidden,” along with a prominent “Report spam” button, which can decrease reply rates and increase spam reports.

To address this issue, we’ve added a new feature in QuickMail that allows users to track opens based on the images they include, either by making the tracking visible with a tiny dot instead of an invisible pixel or by tracking based on included images, helping to prevent emails from being flagged for open tracking.

Here's how it works: Visible Image Tracking

Consider the Readability Scores of Your Emails

The readability score shows up when composing emails and replies, helping to ensure your message is clear by evaluating sentence length and word choice. A high score enhances engagement and message clarity, so it’s helpful to consider it while composing.

For tips to improve the readability scores of your emails, check out this guide: Readability Scores

Stealtthmode

Stealthmode prevents Google from detecting that emails are being sent from a third-party platform, which helps improve deliverability. Note, however, that Stealthmode is only available to inboxes purchased from QuickMail. It’s automatically enabled.
