Deliverability Index

The deliverability index shows how healthy an inbox is. It's calculated using two factors: the autowarmer score, which makes up 80% of the index, and the open rate, which makes up the remaining 20%. If you're using Deliverability AI, this index also helps decide when an inbox should be swapped out.

Why don't some inboxes have a deliverability index?

There are two common reasons:

  • First, the inbox may not have sent enough emails yet, so there isn't enough data to calculate an accurate score.
  • Second, the inbox may have been sending for less than 10 days. Once it passes the 10-day mark, the deliverability index should appear.

What's the suggested deliverability index threshold?

Most users aim for a threshold of 60%. However, the right number really depends on your own needs and goals, so feel free to adjust it to what works best for you.

How to adjust the deliverability index threshold?

To adjust the deliverability index threshold, go to Settings → General → Under Deliverability AI, adjust the Deliverability Index Threshold

What does the fire icon mean?

The fire icon means the email account is currently being warmed up. If you bought the account from QuickMail, the warm-up happens in QuickMail. If you bought it elsewhere, the warm-up happens in Mailflow. The icon also shows the email account's autowarmer score.
