Importing from LinkedIn Profile Views 👀

You can automatically import leads who viewed your LinkedIn profile into QuickMail. This helps you quickly follow up with interested leads and increase your chances of conversion.

How to Enable LinkedIn Profile View Imports?

Note: We check your LinkedIn account for profile views every 24 hours. As a result, leads who view your profile may not be imported immediately and can take up to 24 hours to appear.

Option 1 - Via LinkedIn Browser Extentsion

Step 1: Install the LinkedIn Browser Extension and Connect your LinkedIn account to QuickMail. https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/quickmail/dbcnemlmenmcgfcbchpbamgfgaefncjd?pli=1

Step 2: Go to Profile Viewers page → Edit your Connection Request Message & add a Follow Up Step if needed → Save → Set it live (This will automatically create a LinkedIn Campaign with a Connection Request Step)

Step 3: Leads who recently viewed your profile will be automatically imported within 24 hours, and you'll receive an import report via email.

Note: You can go to the LinkedIn Browser's ICP page to filter out leads that will be imported. For example, if you'd like to inmport leads that are Open to Work, simply set this up on the ICP filters.

Option 2 - Via Inbox Settings:

Note: If you edit the 'Profile Viewers' import settings in the LinkedIn account settings, the 'Profile Viewers' import settings in the Browser Extension will be automatically disabled

Step 1: Go to LinkedIn page → click on the LinkedIn account → Receiving tab → check Create leads from profile viewers → optionally select a campaign to add the leads to.

You can apply ICP filters to your LinkedIn profile viewers to import only the leads that match your ideal customer profile, and optionally add those imported leads to a campaign automatically.

Step 2: Leads who recently viewed your profile will be automatically imported within 24 hours, and you'll receive an import report via email.
