How to enable or disable open and click notifications

Open and click notifications, including notification sounds, are enabled by default in QuickMail.

To change these settings:

Step 1. Log in to your QuickMail account.

Step 2. Click the ellipsis (three dots) in the upper-right corner of the screen.

Step 3. Toggle the notification settings you want to change:

• Toggle them off to disable notifications or sounds.
• Toggle them on to enable notifications or sounds again.

You can adjust the open and click notification settings to suit your preferences.
